8:00 PM – Pickup from your hotel in Casablanca
Our English-speaking driver will come pick you up from your staying location in Casablanca and drive via the highway to Meknes. Once arrived to Meknes, you will take a national road that will lead you to El Hajab where Château Roslane is located.
11:30 AM – Arrival to Château Roslane and visit of the winery and the wine cellars
Upon arrival to the wine estate, join your guided visit of the winery and the wine cellars. As you walk through the sturdy studded wooden doors, you will be struck by the distinctive smell of the wine barrels and the cool temperature. The building dating from 1948 is immense, the concrete tanks climb three floors for a capacity of 70,000 hectoliters, the equivalent of 10 million bottles, just that!
From the harvest to the different stages of vinification, Farid, your guide, will share with passion the love of his job and of wine. A visit to the terrace overlooking the domain is a must, the view of the vineyards is just breathtaking.
Moving pilgrimage in the cellar in basement, you will have the impression to penetrate in an old abbey which shelters under its vaults hundreds of perfectly aligned barrels and in these impenetrable alcoves the invaluable bottles retracing the history of the Coteaux de l’Atlas since the first vintage AOC in 1998.

Wine tasting at Château Roslane is a pure moment of sharing and conviviality, an exchange of emotions, experiences and anecdotes. But we won’t tell you anything about the wines you are going to taste, to let you enjoy these moments to the fullest.
01:00 PM – Lunch time
After the tasting, enjoy a hearty lunch. All dishes are full of flavors follow one another, accompanied by the best vintages of the domain, in a most subtle food/wine agreement. (wine during lunch will be at your own expense).
2:00 PM – Drive back to Casablanca
Transfer back to Casablanca and drop off at your staying location around 5 PM.
