Learn Moroccan cuisine and culinary arts in less than one hour is the new challenge that La Maison Arabe is proposing in its brand new cooking school specially designed and equipped for this matter. And that by modernizing the place to be suitable for such an experience. But don’t be afraid they have kept a good sense of tradition and authenticity. With the help of the “Dadas” of the house (traditional chef-cuisinier), you will have the chance to learn to make a chicken tagine with lemon, like a farandole of its Moroccan lades or even a Tanjia (a local specialty).
Spices, saffron, turmeric, will have no more secrets for you after a course of one hour, 3 hours or a private class in the Riad or in the palm grove, followed by a permanent meal with the dishes that you will have made up. The house will complete the feasts with the delicacies of the Moroccan restaurant: pastilla with pigeon, chicken or seafood, orange salad and mint sorbet. Some die bitches learn and enjoy!
