It’s the early morning in Marrakech, the first soft sun rays are pointing their noses through the palm trees and you want to take advantage of it. So take our horse drawn carriage tour and go explore some of the most beautiful gardens in Marrakech namely Menara gardens and Majorelle garden.

Our assistant will come pick you from your lodging location and join your half day Marrakech garden tour.

9:05 AM - Horse drawn carriage tour

Pleasantly sit in your carriage, which is the best way to have a close view of the city, you will be taken from your lodging location (in Marrakech) and cross the authentic rampart of the Medina until you are arrived to the Menara gardens. Lying in the shadows of Atlas Mountains, these gardens are one of the most appreciated site of Marrakech with a lot of olive tree, orange trees and other flora. Next you will will continue to the Majorelle garden, a botanical garden with about 300 plant species. The garden was named after its founder, the famous French painter Jacques Majorelle (1886-1962), who created it in 1931, taking inspiration from desert oases, Islamic gardens and Hispano-Moorish gardens. The garden was bought by Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé in 1980.

Prices are per person per booking and are listed in USD. All published prices are valid during the whole year except during the new year period where special rates will be applied (please contact us if you wish to book this tour during the new year dates, from Dec 25th to Jan 1st of each year). Rates are based on the number of participants.

Children aged under the age of 2 YO are free of charge
Children aged between 6 and 12 YO can benefitiate from up to 50% discount
Children aged above 12 YO are considered as adults.

The Right People Make a Great Morocco Tour Our tour company, Odynovo, arranged a fantastic trip for my wife and I to Morocco. Any trip outside the country is very dependent on the people assisting you in the journey. Fortunately, our travel consultant Reinself Wei and the Morocco representative for Odynovo Mounir Akajia are the best in the business. They set us up with a terrific guide and driver as well as excellent local guides and amazing hotels including in the desert area and the beautiful city of Marrakech.
